Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track
